In an endeavor to strengthen team cohesion and celebrate the vibrant culture of southern China, STONELINK organized an exhilarating team-building event over the weekend of June 21st to 22nd in the picturesque regions of Chaozhou and Shantou.   Day One: Embracing History and Gastronomy in Shantou   The adventure began with a leisurely stroll through the historic alleys of Shantou's old town and the charming Little Park, where team members immersed in the city's rich heritage while savoring the authentic flavors of local delicacies, such as Lion Head Goose. The afternoon took an idyllic turn as the group traversed the magnificent Nan'ao Bridge, stopping by landmarks such as Changshanwei Lighthouse, Qianmaiwan Lighthouse, and Sankongya Lighthouse, culminating in a visit to the Tropic of Cancer Memorial Square. Upon arrival at their island retreat on Nan'ao Island, participants were warmly welcomed at the hotel, setting the stage for a delightful evening.   As dusk fell, the team gathered for a lively beachside barbecue under the stars, turning the pristine sands into a venue for laughter, camaraderie, and delicious grilled treats. The night concluded with a serene walk through the quaint fishing village, encapsulating the essence of island living.     Day Two: Exploring the Cultural Riches of Chaozhou   The second day dawned with a scenic drive to Chaozhou, where the itinerary featured a scenic tour around Wu Pingzhai Wharf and the historic General's Mansion. The morning was filled with exploration and appreciation of the region's profound history. Lunchtime brought the team back to Shantou, where they shared a hearty meal, which is authentic Chaoshan beef hot pot, further fostering bonds over the dining table.   The afternoon was dedicated to the architectural marvels and spiritual sites of Chaozhou, including the scenic riverside promenade, the bustling Paifang Street, the majestic Guangji Bridge, and the revered Kaiyuan Temple. These locales not only provided a backdrop for team photos but also deepened the understanding of traditional Chinese culture among the participants.     Ending: A Memorable and Fruitful Journey   This meticulously planned team-building event proved to be a resounding success, blending relaxation, cultural immersion, and team spirit enhancement. Feedback from the participants highlighted the perfect balance of adventure and downtime, allowing for both personal reflection and collective bonding. STONELINK’s commitment to fostering a tight-knit and motivated workforce was evident in every aspect of the trip, reinforcing the company's core values and strengthening relationships within the team. In order to add fun and interactivity to the event, STONELINK has specially prepared customized Rubik's Cube made of pure natural stone from our own collections for each designer. This Rubik's Cube was co created by STONELINK and the design team Q Xiansen. It perfectly combines the texture of stone with the fun of Rubik's Cube, reflecting the designers' creativity in using stone and showcasing the beautiful vision of integrating design into life. At the event, the designers also held a Rubik's Cube competition, creating a lively and joyful atmosphere. In the end, the three winning designers received a carefully prepared gift from STONELINK.   At the end of the event, Ms. Eva Li, CEO of STONELINK, took the stage to share her feelings and summarized the study tour. She said that through this event, not only has it promoted communication and cooperation between stone suppliers and designers, but it has also demonstrated the infinite possibilities and charm of stone in residential design. On March 15, 2024, the "Playing Rubik's Cube - STONELINK Hosted·2024 China Xiamen International Stone Fair & Xiamen Habitat Design and Life Festival Study Tour" was successfully held in Xiamen, with the official lead of the Xiamen International Stone Fair & Xiamen Habitat Design and Life Festival. The theme of this event is "The Contradiction between Simplicity and Complexity". Through customized natural stone Rubik's Cube as a medium, we gathered a team of outstanding domestic designers to explore and exchange ideas and practices in the field of design.   On the day of the event, STONELINK showcased our strengths and the cooperation and support we can provide to the designer team. STONELINK has a rich variety of global source direct, providing designers with a broad selection space and inspiring their creative inspiration. At the same time, STONELINK is committed to working with designers to achieve the implementation of design plans and promote the deep integration of stone and residential design.   It is worth mentioning that the Cooperative Development Center founded by STONELINK played an important role in this event. Mr. Michael Ngu, the project principal of the Cooperative Development Center and CEO of Architects 61 in Singapore, shared his rich experience and unique insights in the field of design at the event. As a senior designer who has participated in numerous overseas projects, Mr. Michael has brought valuable insights to the on-site designers with his outstanding design abilities and numerous awards.

Q4. Can you spoiler the design of the booth? Eva Li: The theme of our booth this year is "Stone Wave". The design concept is to use the large texture of stone to give the space a sense of dynamism, allowing solidified buildings to flow in the space and showcasing the beauty of space through the wave of stone. To achieve this design concept, we carefully selected a variety of natural stone materials. Natural marbles such as Terra Rosa, Raggio Verde, and Pesca Venato, with their unique textures and colors, delicate texture and visual effects, add rich patterns and dynamics to the space, adding endless charm to the theme of "Stone Wave". We hope to lead the design trend of the stone industry through this booth design, and also hope to share this gift from nature with stone enthusiasts around the world.   Q5. What are your goals for this year's Xiamen Stone Fair? Eva Li: Of course, from the perspective of commercial nature, we still hope to reach out to more buyers through exhibitions and successfully promote our products. At the same time, we also hope to promote our stone products to more users through the Xiamen Stone Fair, including many designers and industry friends. In addition, we also hope that while showcasing our products, more domestic and foreign friends can understand our STONELINKer's service attitude and philosophy towards each customer.   Q6. What do you hope to see at the Xiamen Stone Fair in the future? Eva Li: In the future, we hope to meet more outstanding peers and exhibitors at the Xiamen Stone Fair, and have more communication with them. At the same time, we also hope to be able to hear more voices from the market and customers, understand their needs, and provide them with more accurate solutions and thoughtful services in the future. Finally, we hope to combine more material elements, such as wood, metal, and acrylic, with stone in addition to the main material at the stone exhibition.
